ROCKFORD — Jefferson (0-7, 0-7) opened the scoring with an 80-yard TD pass from Mike Dalsanto to Mario Manns, but that was where the fun ended for the J-Hawks in a rout, 52-6.
Guilford (3-4, 3-4) rattled off 52 unanswered points, led by quarterback Jeff Janusevic’s four touchdown runs. Running back Tim Hill chewed up 143 yards on 25 carries to help the Vikings to 386 yards rushing on the night.
Guilford hosts Freeport next week while Jefferson searches for its first win of the season at Belvidere.
