WINNEBAGO — Jeff Sartorious completed 8 of 11 passes for 100 yards and Seth Gustafson ran for 120 yards on 18 carries to lead Winnebago (1-1), to a 21-13 victory.
Gustafson gave the Indians a 14-7 halftime lead with TD runs of 41 and 28 yards. Matt Hamel pushed it to 21-7 with a 1-yard run in the fourth quarter.
The Indians held the Whip-Purs (0-2) to 65 yards rushing on 21 carries.
